Everything is good, I would recomand the hotel. This great and lovely property is good for a couple of nights. The room is spotless and essentials you need, including central heating, a safe, and television, is right there. The beds are lovely, and the breakfast is bountiful and comprehensive. The location is favourable and amazing, it's near to restaurants, beaches and bars, main square and the center of the historical part of the town...

The best thing about this hotel is its location since as soon as you leave you have all the atmosphere of downtown Lagos but being on a secondary street there is no noise at all. The drawback to this is that you have to leave the car more or less far away depending on whether you want to pay the blue zone or not (in summer the blue zone is until 12 pm ...) If you don't want to pay for parking there is usually room for 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel. Compared to other hotels in the eastern part of the country, it has the lowest prices, but it is not cheap at all. In general, hotels in the Lagos area are quite expensive and if you only want to sleep there and don't want to look for extra luxury, this hotel is the best option.
We've known this hotel for 8 years and even then it needed a renovation.. everything is still the same. For the price you pay you expect at least a minibar in the room. Very basic breakfast, no hot food except toast and coffee.. The low quality pastries. Very good bread. Very attentive waiters

It was a nice place. I've seen better; I've seen much worse.

Good experience there. Wonderful hotel with amazingly nice and incredibly welcoming staff, minutes away from cafes and bars. Bars and restaurants inside the property.

Its location was perfect, clean enough rooms, basic but enough for somewhere to sleep. No frills.
It would have been nice to have a hot breakfast and a dedicated car park.

Request a room on a higher floor for better noise control and privacy, as ground-level rooms can be quite disruptive.

tiled balcony, rooftop terrace, excellent cleanliness
Only one coffee sachet per person!!! A mini fridge or at least an ice bucket would greatly improve the stay!!! Parking options are inconvenient, especially with steep stairs involved!!!
